Since January up to end of May 2016, South Jakarta Administration has issued 306 warning letters (SP), 300 sealing letters and 264 demolition letters (SPB) for buildings violated regulation.
Many of citizens refine the documents after getting SP and SPB letter from us
As many as 107 unlicensed and violated regulation buildings have been also demolished.
Syukria, South Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of City Spatial Planning, said that his side targets 220 building demolition by preparing budget Rp 1,732,950,000. He hopes citizens could obey the regulation.

According to him, 14 buildings in Jagakarsa Sub-district have been demolished. Next are Kebayoran Baru Sub-district by 13, and Tebet and Pesanggrahan by 10.
